Properties: White small monoclinic crystal with pungent taste and strong alkalinity. It can absorb carbon dioxide and moisture easily in the air, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. Specific gravity is 2.41, melting point is 471℃.
Appearance Requirements: White crystalline granules without impurities or agglomerates.
Uses: Used for preparing alkaline batteries, raw materials for lithium-based lubricating oils and other lithium salt products. Battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide is mainly used as a positive electrode material for high-energy power Lithium-ion batteries such as electric vehicles (EVs), e-bikes (E-Bikes), power tools and base station energy storage power supplies etc., while it's also widely used to prepare NCM、NCA cathode materials for Lithium-ion batteries.Quality Indicators
